Solvent-Based Flux Residue Cleaner
The solvent-based cleaner is designed to completely remove all types of flux residues from power electronics, electronic assemblies, ceramic hybrids, and Flip Chips (CMOS). Zestron FA+ offers high cleaning efficiency and extended usability.
Applications
- Cleaning flux residues on PCB after reflow
- Cleaning camera module frames
Suitable Cleaning Equipment:
- Ultrasonic cleaning machines: 40kHz or higher
Advantages Over Other Cleaners:
