ATRON® SP 200 is a water-based surface cleaner developed to remove hard flux residues from SMT reflow ovens and wave soldering equipment, such as pallets, solder frames, and condensation traps.

ATRON® SP 200 can also be used to remove solder paste from metal masks/stencils. It is suitable for ultrasonic cleaning, air-assisted spraying, and spray-in-air systems.

When diluted with water at a 15% ratio, ATRON® SP 200 is a cost-effective alternative to industrial alcohol (IPA).

• Cleaning reflow oven equipment

Usage Instructions:

1. Mix with water at a 15-20% ratio in the cleaning tank.
2. Place the components in the tank.
3. Heat the solution to 45-55°C.
4. Activate ultrasonic cleaning (if available) for 20 minutes.
5. Rinse with water and dry thoroughly.
